All sales of IGNITE merchandise will be delivered to you at Athlete Check-In the day prior to your event. All refunds/returns must be handled onsite at this time. No refunds or returns will be accepted after the event weekend. We will make every effort to exchange sizes, if needed, but cannot guarantee we will have a new size available for you onsite.
All products will be waiting for you on-site at Athlete Check-In. There is no shipping availalble. If you would like your gear shipped, please contact info@igniteswimrun to arrange and pay for shipping.
